IntSwissKnife and IntConverter declare integer semantics; SwissKnife
and Converter declare floating point ones. The distinction is observable:
7 / 2 is 3 in EvalMode::Integer and 3.5 in EvalMode::Float.

Integer arithmetic: / truncates, results stay in i64.
Float
Floating point arithmetic. Bitwise operators still work on i64.
