Publication-grade audit of DS17 stable basins

Verification recordpublication: internalprior art found

Statement

Independent adversarial audit of the DS17 centered obstruction, LCM merged-branch classification, necessary fixed-point gate, measured gate scans, and the resulting compile/open-problem reroutes. All four DS17 nodes are hardened: the obstruction and eventual empirical emptiness survive; root consistency is separated from regular tilt consistency at a singular nuisance block; LCM and sign-split conclusions are narrowed; and finite scans are retained only as windowed measured evidence.

Assumptions

  • source frozen at ce8d59db4fb63a25341f65da01996e69aac4fafd

  • independent script does not import or reuse py/ds_stable_basins.py

  • exact claims recomputed with fractions.Fraction; population controls use an independently derived adaptive quadrature path

  • the audit does not re-audit inherited DS-SCHUR, FI-QUANT-IDENTITY, FI-RANK-CEILING, or the measured dependency of the compile certificate

independent publication-grade verification and hardening of the load-bearing DS17 compile refusal

Read from primary full text

Flury (1990); Tarpey & Flury (1996); Esary, Proschan & Walkup (1967); Jakubowski (2021); Serinko & Babu (1992, already held as a primary-text review in the workspace and checked against the publisher record).

Classical monograph theorem cross-checked

Bickel, Klaassen, Ritov & Wellner (1993), against the authors' bibliographic record, the existing DS population-bridge audit, and independent semiparametric sources using the same projection definition.

Exact theorem scope cross-checked, primary proof inaccessible

Tarpey, Li & Flury (1995). Tarpey & Flury (1996) explicitly identifies its own Theorem 4.1 as the generalization of the 1995 finite-distinct-support result; later papers restate the 1995 Theorem 4.1 verbatim for principal points.

Abstract/theorem context screened, primary theorem inaccessible

Tarpey & Loperfido (2015), the missed forward source.
